My name is Boudewijn Boer. I photograph interiors for businesses that want to be seen.
When I am not doing that, you'll likely find me with my nose buried in an atlas to make new travel plans with my girlfriend and our dog Guus.
Photography
My love for photography began with a fascination for the technology involved. I have always loved cameras and was eager to discover how they worked. I have been a photographer for more than 25 years now and I am as passionate about the job as ever.
On the road again
I have always loved to travel, but it didn't become a true obsession until we left everything behind in 2018 to go on a six-month road trip through Europe.
Fortunately, I often get to work abroad and I love taking on projects outside the Netherlands.
Bo?
While working on projects in other countries, my name - Boudewijn Boer - often proved to be a real tongue twister. When I was sixteen, I lived in the United States for a few months. Before long, the locals started calling me Bo. As it is a lot easier to pronounce internationally, the name stuck.
So now you know … Bo.
